Cash or Check due On-Location at End of Shoot Day
All tapes will be held by BCVA Inc. (Dale Casper - President) until the end of the shoot.
Tapes will be released to client once payment is received.
Applicable Law: The terms and conditions of this agreement shall be construed, enforced under, and in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
THIS DENTON COUNTY BUSINESS COOPERATES WITH THE DENTON COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE TO PREVENT BAD CHECK LOSSES. IT IS A FELONY IN THE STATE OF TEXAS TO WRITE A BAD CHECK FOR OVER $50. THE ISSUANCE OF A CHECK OR DRAFT WITHOUT SUFFICIENT MONEY OR WITH INTENT TO DEFRAUD IS PUNISHABLE BY IMPRISONMENT IN THE COUNTY JAIL FOR UP TO TWO YEARS, OR BY A FINE OF $1,000.00, OR BY BOTH FINE AND IMPRISONMENT.
TO VERIFY YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, DATE OF BIRTH, AND DESCRIPTION, YOU MUST SHOW PROPER IDENTIFICATION, NAMELY:
· VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH PICTURE; OR OFFICIAL IDENTIFICATION CARD
· OTHER PROOF OF IDENTITY AS REQUESTED BY THIS BUSINESS.
THIS BUSINESS WILL NOT ACCEPT POST-DATED OR TWO-PARTY CHECKS.
